When we first began looking for a property, we were a bit hesitant. We had just made the decision to land our feet in Memphis, after months of trouble finding the perfect property in Atlanta. She listened to our criteria; made herself professionally accessible to our many questions; scheduled as many homes requested for viewing, and upon deciding to put in an offer--gave us credible advice in order to make our offer most attractive.
